No. Site teams have nothing new to learn or run. Vision iQ works in the background, adjusting equipment and flagging issues automatically, so there's no extra system to check or maintain day-to-day. If something needs attention, you get an alert; your team doesn't have to go looking for problems themselves.

Building energy management system for facilities teams
Remote control and live monitoring for every site you manage.
The problem
Control gets harder as your estate grows
Schedules that drift
Sites end up with their own schedules and setpoints, and staff can easily override them. You have no way to see what has changed.
Small changes need a visit
Changing a schedule or shutting down a unit means sending an engineer or raising a job with your BMS contractor. Those visits take engineers away from real faults.
Gaps in BMS coverage
A BMS covers some sites and misses others. You cover the difference by phone and by visit, with no single view across all your sites.
Vision iQ
How Vision iQ helps your facilities team take control
Control from your desk
Energy iQ lets you set schedules and setpoints by site or zone, and switch equipment off at one site or across the estate, without raising a job with your BMS contractor. You can lock out AC overrides or allow temporary ones that time out. You also get remote building monitoring, with live energy use down to each device.
Alerts when it matters
Remote temperature monitoring from Sense iQ covers the cold chain and Legionella checks, with every reading logged for HACCP records and EHO visits. Vision iQ alerts you when a reading leaves its range or equipment develops a fault, and you decide from the same screen whether an engineer goes.
Works with your BMS
Vision iQ bolts on to your current BMS and covers sites and equipment it misses. It connects to most BMS platforms through open protocols, and at sites without a BMS it runs standalone, so you work from one system. Nothing gets replaced, and site teams have nothing new to learn or run. Fitting is wireless, with no rewiring.

Vision iQ™ Savings Calculator
See how fast Vision iQ™ pays for itself
Tell us how your site runs in four short steps. In about two minutes, you'll have a personalised annual saving, payback period and five-year return. It's as simple as that.
Your Vision iQ™ saving estimate
This is an indicative estimate based on benchmark assumptions for your sector, not a guaranteed saving. Clearworld will validate the figure with half-hourly data and/or a site survey before any formal savings proposal.
The ROI assumes an indicative Vision iQ investment of per site plus per site per month, set against the expected saving shown.
How it works
Three steps to control across your estate
You commit budget once the numbers from your own sites back it up.
Step 01
Free data audit
Send us your half-hourly energy data, which your energy team or supplier can pull. We find where equipment runs when it shouldn't.
Step 02
Pilot
You arrange access, and we survey one or two sites, checking your existing controls and BMS. We fit Sense iQ sensors and Energy iQ controls out of hours and show you the results on your own equipment.
Step 03
Rollout
You set the pace. We roll out across your other sites in phases that fit your site access windows, and our support bureau is on hand as each site goes live.
FAQs
Facilities FAQs
Will installing Vision iQ create more work for my team?
How disruptive is the installation?
Fitting is wireless, with no rewiring and no downtime, and it happens out of hours, so sites keep trading. Clearworld's engineers fit it, and most sites go live in one visit.
Who maintains it once it's installed?
Our support bureau adjusts settings whenever a site asks, so there's no need to book an engineer for small changes. Every device comes with a three-year guarantee, and Sense iQ fridge sensor batteries last five years. Because Vision iQ runs on open protocols, you're not tied to one contractor for callouts the way you can be with closed systems.
Will Vision iQ interfere with our existing BMS?
No. Vision iQ bolts on to your existing BMS rather than replacing it. It connects through open protocols, so it works alongside the system you already have in place, and covers any sites or equipment your current BMS doesn't reach. At sites without a BMS at all, it runs standalone.
Can staff override the schedule?
You get to choose. With Energy iQ, you can lock out AC overrides entirely, or allow temporary ones that time out automatically after a set period. Every override, whether blocked or allowed, is logged with an alert, so you always know what changed, where, and when.
What happens if something goes offline?
Support is set up to suit each estate. If you're on a Clearworld support plan, we take care of it. Our support bureau can reach every device remotely, so most issues are fixed without a site visit. Your own team has the same remote access, and we provide training so they can handle things themselves if they prefer.
